BRIEF
Curbside Cocktails is a retail, food & drink drive-thru store that sells alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The concept is to design a new, modern, brand that will disrupt the drink and beverage industry. The goal is to develop a household name that people will think of just like Starbucks, Wendy's, Tim Hortons. We do not prepare any food items in the store, so we will not need cooking vents on the outside nor cook tops, fryers, or cooking equipment inside. All of our mixers (daquiri, margarita, bloody mary's) will be made all-in house with the finest and freshest of ingredients. This means nothing pre-packaged and bottled. We plan to have flavors of the month and source some of our spiritous liquors locally within that region. We will offer coffees and mixed (virgin or alcoholic) drinks through a double-sided drive-thru store. At Curbside Cocktails, we support other local bars and restaurants and want to show our support by offering some of their featured drinks on our menu.

Use the artwork associated to this project. The tag line for Curbside Cocktails is "Coffee. Juice. Cocktails". The brand colors are not yet set in stone, so if you need to deter a little from the logo proofs provided to better "pop" with the contrast of the materials you've chosen for the exterior or the store or signage, please do at your own desire. We will select the final brand colors once the store design is done.

STORE VISUALIZATION
Picture a shipping container that's been converted to a drive-thru store, with a drive-thru window on both sides. The area dimensions are 16 feet by 40 feet. We are a newly developed brand coming to the market and have developed a proprietary drink dispenser that can dispense up to 64 different liquids (juices, coffees, creamers, liquors, etc) into plant-based to-go cups within 13 seconds. It's fast and accurate. We can produce up to 1000 drinks per hour per drive-thru window. So we expect our lines to move fast.
Customers will utilize BOTH drive-thru lanes to order and pickup drinks. Drink orders can be made through the app ahead of time of through third-party providers like Uber Eats, Drizzly, DoorDash, etc.
Exterior of the store should be modern looking, fresh, and incorporate materials that are raw or modern looking. We really like lighter colors, but open to dark wet woods or paint schemes. Keep in mind that we will be converting 2 shipping containers(side-by-side) to build the store.

Customers will NOT BE ALLOWED inside of the store. If they wish to not order/pickup their drinks through the drive-thru, there is a walk-up window accompanied by a small patio. There will be two (2) restroom facilities accessible to the customers off of the patio and 1 employee restroom inside of the store. The wooden crosswalks you see are NOT actually made of wood. These should be painted crosswalks.

Notes - from the modern design, choice in raw materials used on the exterior, to the double-sided drive-thru lanes, this is the closest concept we've seen. This is a coffee shop only, ours will provide fresh pressed juices and cocktails. We love the different height dimensions of the building. It gives you the sense that it's not just a shipping container box (single dimension height and width).

Notes - I love a lot about this. The design does NOT include a double-sided drive-thru approach, but love the modern feel. It's clean, warm, and inviting. The branding is nicely displayed also.

3D store design of the exterior of this innovative, disruptive drive-thru drink shop. This needs to be a modern, modular design with an inviting and exciting feeling to it. The customer, walk-up window and patio can be covered. That is totally up to you and your design.
