Banner for website front page

Looking for a site banner that will be used on the front page of a free web tool to display site features, give an overview of the tool, and call the user to action by signing up.

I am creating a free web tool that I will be releasing to the public shortly.  The tool is very basic in nature.  All it does is allow you to schedule regular crawls of your site to report on validation errors and broken links.  These reports can be viewed online, sent automatically to your email, or be downloaded in various formats.

On the front page of the site I have a section already carved out for this banner right below the main horizontal menu on the main content area.  You can see the current design at http://freesitevalidator.com. I have temporarily placed some sample text where this banner would go, see "Complete Website Validation" section.

The goal of this banner will be to highlight the site features, give a brief statement of what benefit the user gets out of the tool and then call the user to action.  Primary action would be signing up for a free account to use the tool.  Secondary action would be a link to learn more about the tool and how to use it.

The banner should incorporate the two horizontal light blue lines.  I would llke some images.  Not sure what kind of images you would put there, possibly screen cutouts or validation related images?  Open to suggestions there.

I also have a contest to redo the logo for this site at http://99designs.com/contests/10838. Would  be great if the same designer did both to keep things consistent.

- Must be 345 pixels high
- Must be minimum 665 pixels wide.  However, the current layout is fluid, so if the banner can accomodate this somehow, even better
- Professional, Web 2.0 feel that is attractive and catchy
- Work within the same color scheme as the current site layout.
