Descripción del libro
This is the inspiring story of Emerald Carrington, a lost girl that came from modest middle-class roots. Despite having a loving family and typical childhood, she deeply struggled with her own identity. As an adult, she found profound professional success that afforded her all the luxuries one could desire, but she swiftly learned that money does not equal happiness. This sent her on a long journey of self-growth and discovery. As soon as she had a firm grasp on who she was and what brought her joy, everything changed through a series of life's unfortunate events. Emerald went from life on top to finding herself divorced, pregnant, without income, and on government assistance.

Necesidades de diseño
I want it to appeal to the masses and make them want to read it. It should be hopeful rather than dark or somber. I love the idea of a graphic path with luggage, passport, airplanes, WIC and medicaid cards, designer bags and sunglasses, things that would represent luxury and then poverty.
It is important to note that this book reads like an autobiography, not a traditional fiction novel. I would like to market it more in that way and have a cover more suited for an autobiography.
Lo que debe evitarse
I do not want my photo on the cover. I'm not looking for a cover with a photo of a woman looking off in the distance on it.
