Well the reality is, being gluten free, we do eat grass… but that doesn't mean we only eat grass or don’t desire something more with our fourth glass of wine during social events. The biggest annoyance with a gluten free lifestyle is not being included or considered for office events, dinner parties or the social at the friend of a friend. Usually the general assumption is, if you are gluten free you are also dairy free, egg free, sugar free, life free, and your taste buds have disappeared into the unknown! Filling that void (especially while at parties) leaves the gluten free crowd to hover around the fruit bowl or scrounge for something that will satisfy the ravenous hunger from standing around watching everyone else eating!
