i am a business executive that is writing a book about business development and a great way to engage other businesses and customers.
¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
the target audience is business executives, many of which will be focused on sales and business development. CEOs will be readers as well.
the theme of the book is to approach potential customers and business partners (and many things in business for that matter) with an attitude of "I don't know as much about their world as they do, so I should approach them with questions and not a sales pitch". even more fundamental to the spirit of the book is the advantages of admitting when i don't know something and believing that it is entirely fine to "not know"... just go find out from those that do. a final note: combined with the comments in this paragraph is an undertone that indicates that business today does not accept "i don't know" as alright, and that standard practice is to avoid admitting it to anyone. this is bad. it's limiting. and it leads to many of us doing less for our companies and customers than we would if we just embraced it.
the title of the book is expected to be "The Answers Are Outside The Building. Admit it."
