Leadership is changing and getting better. Ego has dominated the industry and now people are seeing better ways to Lead. The book should start with how leadership is now with egos and a dominating type of leadership. The middle should be the reasons why that doesn't work for many industries and the people that work there. Then the last part of the book will be written by the author to show how looking into Nature one can find the solutions. Albert Einstein said "Look deep into nature and you'll understand everything better." The author runs a website called Edge3.ca and the moto is taking people out of the boardroom into nature. Being immersed in nature is scientifically proven to improve creativity and mental health. Citing some examples of studies done by the scientific community will support this perspective. Good leadership is about 'doing the right thing', 'saying what needs to be said', 'admitting I'm wrong', 'saying thank you when you want to say fuck you', 'approaching leadership from a place of learning instead of dominating'.

We would like to see the cover use some of the brands colouring (see Edge3.ca). It needs to be an image of a non-gender, non specific person with back facing the reader, standing in front of a beautiful nature scene (ie beautiful forest) on a pathway leading into the scene. The reader gets that this person isn't anyone specific and connects with them, and the pathway is representative of the path we are on to find success. The nature scene must be attractive and compelling to make the reader want more nature, as they read the contents. The pathway can also appear like its taking the person away from a boardroom table and into nature.

The image of the person must not appear to be male or female, must not be dressed in a suit, but more adventure clothes.
