(Author Photo: cropped exactly as seen above!) David Marchese was raised in the NY City bedroom community of Westport CT. He got his BA Cum Laude from Washington & Lee University and his MA in Communications Theory at Syracuse University Newhouse School. He has lived in Lexington VA, Zurich Switzerland, Syracuse NY, New York City, Los Angeles and currently resides in Las Vegas. His business and pleasure travel have helped him observe the cultures, voices and social interaction of the people in 17 countries he has visited. Travel is his passion. Cooking is and has been his favorite pasttime since he was 8 years old. The two recent International Superior Product & Service awards for wineworldtours.com, his new wine, food and cultural arts travel tour company has enhanced his wine and food passions. As an Adjunct Professor for 25 years at Pepperdine University and Loyola Marymount University Hilton School of Business he taught Advertising Creativity and Marketing, Global Tourism Marketing and Infrastructure, Strategic Planning and Entrepreneurship. Education, and instilling “critical thinking” in the youth of America are community obsessions. For 20 years, David was Board Chairman of the H.A.R.C. Foundation, a 501c3 supporting the discovery and rewarding of Emerging Creative Artists. The Arts are his cultural inspiration. He is a New York Yankee and Los Angeles Laker fan, and wishes that he had more time for scuba, fly-fishing, landscape photography, and horseback riding – his outdoor interests. Although he has won 26 international creative writing, design and marketing awards over his career including the REX Award for Creative Marketing Excellence from Forbes Magazine, this is his first “book”.

Juicy Uber Have you ever had an Uber or Lyft ride? Ever asked your driver about his or her crazy or steamy incidents. Of course, you have. I had these questions daily for the 3 years I drove for Uber. Now, Juicy Uber gives you the best of the best and the worst of the worst - all kinds of provocative activity and conversations, social and moral contradictions, insights and, of course, the nudity, drug and sexual exploits (back seat 3somes) that make up the juicy, crazy and steamy stories of the rides and riders I experienced. They were real happenings, in real time, in real voices by real riders sourced from an unadulterated daily Journal of 6000+ rides and 12,000+ passengers over those 3 years. As the author or should I say narrator, commentator and social observer, my involvement here has resulted in controversial observations, insights and conclusions which reflect provocative changes in society. You probably have heard the expression, ‘the new normal’. Well, much of Juicy Uber shows that the ‘new normal’ standards and values are a lot different than the ‘old normal’. And, that’s something all of us should at least understand if not respect, especially where changes in gender identification and social and sexual trends among Gen Z and Millennials come into play. You might call it the ‘new abnormal’!

Paperback is 5 1/2 inches x 8 1/2 inches 1) I want my Bio & photo on back cover. 2) I want "Blurb" (Summary of book) on back cover. AND PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE BEGINNING DESIGN EFFORT! 3) I prefer artist/designer to have been an Uber rider or driver and to have read the "Blurb" Summary of book and interpret it boldly, seriously but with a touch of Surprise and Shock as to what the reader will discover inside. The best stories are about sex, nudity, drugs and social sexual identify crisis issues and LGBTQ action. I want the front cover design to continue theme and colors to the back cover.

Yes, the obvious hackneyed shot of people riding in a car having fun. I don't want the cover to be too busy. Rather I'd prefer sexual and drug oriented symbolism.
