95 Tweets: Celebrating Martin Luther in the 21st Century
Peter DeHaan, PhD
I write nonfiction books for the Christian audience, slanted towards Millennials, postmodern thinkers, and those searching for a place to belong because they don’t fit in the traditional church. I call this “postmodern biblical spirituality.” I strive to give a fresh look to stale topics that will encourage readers to push past the status quo and reconsider unexamined practices.
Celebrate the five-hundred-year anniversary of the Reformation as exemplified by Martin Luther when he nailed his ninety-five concerns about unbiblical church practices to the door of All Saints’ Church in Wittenberg on October 31, 1517. Most Protestants are familiar with Martin Luther, but they know little more. What did he actually say? What did his ninety-five theses mean 500 years ago? How could they apply today? Learn what Martin Luther actually said in his history-changing document that too many people talk about but never actually read. 95 Tweets will briefly explain the meaning behind each of Luther’s ninety-five concerns with church practice, with the basic premise of each one updated and reframed in the form of ninety-five tweets, complete with hashtags. 95 Tweets will conclude with a present-day list of ninety-five tweets of concerns for the modern church, not to criticize her but to encourage ongoing reforms.
First-world christian audiences, especially Millennials, Gen-Xers, postmodern thinkers, and spiritual seekers.
Book cover type
Inspiración de colores
The cover will sell the book, so your job is critical to my success. I prefer simple (minimalist?) covers with a compelling visual hook. The cover needs to be clearly understandable at a reduced size, as displayed on Amazon. Therefore, the title point size must be large. To help it stand out from traditional Christian publishers, I’m fine with it being edgy, unexpected, or nontraditional. When it comes to cover concepts, I am decidedly noncreative. Though I can give suggestions, I fear they will be lame and not result in the best possible cover. Also, I have two books ready to go and more in the works. Your success with this project will result in more work, which you won’t have to compete for.
What to avoid
Please avoid taking a serious, traditional, or overly religious tone. Please do not use the Twitter logo. My research says it is trademarked, and I don't want any legal problems.

Evaluaciones del cliente
Sherwin's initial designs caught my eye immediately. Then his ability to modify and come up with the vision I had in mind really made his work stand out and become the winner in tough field of competitors. I'd easily use him again!
