Cover for my third book titled:
Nail the Interview - Land the Job
A step-by-step guide for what to do before, during and after the interview.
The cover should speak to both male and female of all age groups and has specific targets for the new grad, returning parent, and recently unemployed.
Key word for highlight on the cover is "Interview"
Prefer graphic images to photo images. Think a tied with a nail as the tie clip but a gender neutral thought along those lines. Or the the N in nail conforms to the shape of a nail. not sure if that is too literal.

UPDATE: you don't have to do the color bar at the bottom. Don't use the exact same green as my first book. No design restrictions to be close to the other two books. Thanks!
the design should have a graphic element. it should be consistent with the look and feel of my first two books in that the bottom bar is the name block and use the same font as the other two for my name. The color should be different but probably still in the blue green family.
Colors should work with my website http://www.michelletillislederman.com. Attached are also colors I use in my presentations for reference as well as my first two book covers. I like The 11 laws cover best.
