What Could Possibly Go Wrong? | A Guide to Building Business Resilience in a Changing World
Tracy Gkonos and Dr. Roberta LaRocca
Biografía del autor
Once upon a time there were two very tall, blond women who found themselves in post revolution Egypt to teach a workshop at the American University in Cairo on Business Resilience. Their cab driver reluctantly let them out and watched in horror as the pair strolled through Tahir Square taking in the effigies still hanging from lamp posts, violent graffiti on surfaces, and armored trucks and soldiers on every corner. Undeterred, they presented the workshop to CEOs and business owners. They discovered first hand that city dwellers in Cairo often ran toward the violence when it occurred. When a participant asked for one single piece of useful advice he could use, like canaries they sang, "when there are bullets flying, run the other direction!"

Busineses that plan ahead will survive unexpected disasters such as natural disasters (fire, floods, tornados, hurricanes), terrorism, cyber attacks, and workplace violence, just to name a few. If you plan for one thing, the other thing might happen.
Balance being whimsical with being serious.
The cover might feature a disaster above or an unlikely risky situation like a tighrope walker over niagra falls.
We're wanting something clever or a play on words, memorable, and eye catching.
Lo que debe evitarse
Don't want it to be boring or stuffy.
Should not look like a textbook.
Not cartoonish or cutesy (vector art).
