My frustration accumulates in writing it all down, who is this? This is our client, our customers. A point of view what could be achieved, if only, … everyone would be pulling the same rope, had the same intentions, the same goals. But instead, politics, personal gains, and probably a lot of sitting in a comfortable chair thinking instead of getting out there exploring something new. Companies in Europe, arise. You will go down otherwise. It is a set of learnings, observations, subjective impressions and list of missed opportunities companies in Europe accumulate and therefore, in my point of view, are on the verge to be diminished. --> THIS is just the first step of a series of pamphlets to 1st: describe the problems, 2nd: search for root causes, 3rd: looking for life lessons that could help, 4th: is my own company any different from the rest of the pack? And 5th: What I got to do personally to achieve “personal freedom” in this unbalanced world.
