Forest Vance is a gym owner, kettlebell expert, and former pro football player. He's got 14 years of in-the-trenches training experience, and has serviced over 16,000 client sessions in his career. He holds a Master's Degree in Human Movement in addition to 18 general and specialty training training certifications.
