I'd like to use this for the cover page of my e-book.

Title of the e-book should be like "minority understanding". explain how minority thrives in severe conditions.
The image what i want to have is "Hope in the dark". Also because i have not good sense of art, I'd like to depend on designers great sense of design.
The size should be less than 5MB
length ratio should be Shorter: Longer=1:1.6
Vertical line should be longer.
The file should be saved in 72dpi
The final should be provided by JPEG.
