Crunch Time is a book for any leader who is under the constant urgency of deadlines. It provides leaders with a reliable system that they can use to continuously deliver in the face of pressure in a way that provides clarity and support for their teams to be inspired to deliver.
My audience is typically boring/left brain. My intention is to bring out the fun, humanity and love that sits within them, but not overtly. There also needs to be a people element on the cover...it's about deadlines and people. QqSo I'd like there to be the 'seriousness' to provide the credibility, but a hint of some 'love and fun' or 'sparkle' that people would expect from me. (Ie so people don't have the reaction 'this isn't Alena...')
Lo que debe evitarse
'Killing' is a metaphoric term - basically 'killing' them with overtime, so they get really stressed, burned out, and want to resign. So nothing that indicates actual killing!
