Total ink weights in any area of a cover should not exceed 260% and under no circumstances be more than 280%.
Any ink coverage over these percentages will cause longer drying times, or indeed prevent the job from drying altogether, therefore risking ‘marbling’ or ‘smudging’ whilst binding/trimming.
Bleed at the top needs to be at least 4 mm
