The book is the true story of a Romain CAILLET, French person living in the city of Marseille (South of France).
Romain, the writer, author and protagonist of the story, was born and lives in the city of Marseille, A French city in the south, that is sunny all year but quite impoverished. Presently, he is a landlord with 15 properties in Marseille (garages, traditional apartments and Airbnb rentals), all purchased before his 30s. Thus, never having to work again for a living.
The book chronicles his career as a real estate investor in a success story achievable by anyone. He now earns 10 000 euros a month, with assets worth 800 000 euros. Albeit his starting point with “less than nothing” as he asserts in the book. Indeed, raised only by his mother, they were evicted from their home when he was only 13 years old and lived 5 years in an unkempt hotel.
The book brings concrete solutions, precise methods, and reveals secrets about real estate investment that are not common sense. Besides the latter, reflections on life, personal development and allowing the reader to question and find his own answers to beat his hurdles are some of the musings one could expect. 75% of the book is devoted to becoming financially independent thanks to real estate, and promoting an alternative to wage earners.
The painful part of Romain's childhood is mentioned only briefly in the book.

Our wish is a serious cover style best seller, the cover must inspire confidence, success, serenity, luxury (but not too I'm not millionaire), no wacky or bizzare design. The book is serious but the cover does not have to be boring either.
The reader must feel the author’s uncommon success and past struggle, but above all, be compelled to think about the possibility that success is neither out of reach nor impossible, since the writer managed to do it from scratch and explains to everyone how to get there. The cover must not be gloomy; it is a message of hope and an invitation to fulfillment and the quest for freedom.
The cover must make the reader dream. When the future customer is going to see the cover, he must be stopped, he must stop on it, look at it, he wants to take interest in the book, buy it .
Coverage should reflect sunshine and wealth, happiness, real estate, freedom OR type best seller.
All coverage must reflect, power, solidity, life that everybody dreams of having and that the reader will achieve through reading this book that tells how to succeed through real estate.
