We are in need of a book cover for a book titled Winter Butterflies. This is an inspirational memoir written by a woman who experienced the loss of children, but maintained her faith and eventually found redemption through surrogacy. The back cover reads as follows:
It’s beyond impossible . . . when fear dominates . . . where faith is tested . . . while life is yet to exist.
Author Kenzie Janzen’s daunting but often amusing pursuit of motherhood takes her on an unimaginable journey, beginning in the early winter of 2007. When all hope seems lost, her incomprehensible God commands great changes . . . and even greater sacrifices. Kenzie’s destiny surpasses what she envisioned, but it comes at a price. She discovers that her new beginning is paralleled by an ending in another mother’s life.
A cliffhanger story of tribulation, perseverance, and hope . . . and it’s all TRUE.
The design we were looking for is more of a simple look yet an intriguing one. We envisioned something like a Monarch butterfly mostly covered in snow, with only a wing or part of the body emerging. It needs to symbolize the impossibility of butterflies surviving in the winter. Yet the butterfly on the book's cover needs to look alive...like it's a survivor, against all odds. The snow needs to look real, not just a white cover with a butterfly in the middle of it. The back cover can be snow or possibly butterflies flying with snow in the background. I am not against creativity.
The title and author (Kenzie Janzen) needs to be included on the front and spine. The spine should include publisher name...Hoyal Creek Publishing, if possible.
