Descripción del libro
Each of the 14 days in this book highlights a "tip" or lesson that readers can apply to create their best self. The tips are free and accessible to people of any age or range of life experiences, and they are especially helpful for those who feel like they are not moving forward or are stuck in a rut, or are unsatisfied with their current life or circumstances. Some tips involve noticing and actively changing old thinking patterns, and others are more behavioral and ask the reader to do something physical. All of the tips are fully illustrated with personal examples from the author's life, which are both informative and sometimes humorous, and always authentic. To help readers get the full benefit of the book, each chapter ends with a list of Action Items that guides the reader to engage in the material, to personalize it, and to apply it to their own life.

Necesidades de diseño
I prefer clean, crisp, calm, minimal, gentle fonts. I don't care for fonts similar to Times New Roman or ones that look more classical.
Lo que debe evitarse
I'm open to anything, but I think calming colors and images are best. I like minimalism.
