Practical Bliss: The busy person's guide to happiness
The book contains tips and tools to help the reader:
*understand the need/business case for bliss. "Bliss" is defined as a meaningful, engaged life that often intersects with pleasurable experiences.
*Discover ways to stop working so hard for everyone else so they can start leading their own lives to create a "life worth living"
*Help the reader discover their purpose and passion, and most prominent dreams
*Help the reader define the obstacles in the way of their "bliss life"
*Help them create a strategic plan to implement changes/overcome obstacles
*Provide "Bits of Bliss" to help the reader implement more of what they love into their every day
*successful, busy individuals
*Likely in the range of 30+ years old
*They are on the go, taking care of everyone else's needs (at work and home) and can't seem to find or justify the need to take care of their own needs or enjoy what they've earned.
*Perhaps they've "climbed the mountain" and realized it was the wrong mountain
*Primarily targeting leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals, but it is also applicable to stay at home moms and those entering the retirement age

I want a book cover (including front, back and binding) for use in downloadable (kindle) and paperback formats as well as a 3D png format to be used on my website.
This book is to appeal to business/successful people who are looking to recapture purpose & joy while balancing a busy lifestyle.
I'd like to have some sort of spa-type feel or whimsy/fun balanced with a practical side (title is Practical Bliss: The busy person's guide to happiness).
This is a book/complete guide and will be 10 chapters with roughly 2500 words per chapter.
