I have uploaded a PSD template that will need to be use to layout the final artwork. For the final product, you will create a full cover "spread" of the front and back covers in a single continuous PSD. Your submissions in the first round do not need to show the back cover. We will also need copies of any fonts used in your design that aren't standard on Windows or part of the Adobe Creative Suite.

The key concept is "unity" so we'd like to see groups of people, or perhaps just their arms or hands, in a way that shows their unity as a group.
This is a square format book cover.
We'd prefer concepts that are "minimalistic" but still have impact.
Lo que debe evitarse
If showing actual people on the cover, ideally their faces should NOT be prominent.
A growth junkie is a person who values personal development. We're not looking for plants. Growth refers to "personal growth" of one's career and skills.
We prefer stock photos from the Adobe Stock library but are open to assets from other libraries as a backup.
