Title: “Dating 2.0; Finding Love in the Age of Social Media and the Mobile Web” Ex husband and wife team collaborating to write the non fiction book: “Dating 2.0: Finding love in the age of social media and the mobile web”. Purpose of the work is to inspire, influence, and teach others to find and develop relationships that are filled with passion, love, friendship, and mutual respect, as they fully embrace the shared goals of building a life together. Target Audience includes single, long term single, and divorced individuals 25+ who have experienced dating and relationship difficulties. Book cover design should incorporate the book title with original logo and branding of “Dating 2.0” The concept of “Dating 2.0” is a play off of “Web 2.0”. Much of the book is focused on the changes in dating over the past 10-15 years that has resulted from the use of the web 2.0, social media, and mobile technology. Getting that idea across using a logo is important. The second target market are recently single or divorced individuals who have not actively dated in some time. Having an association between Dating 2.0 and 2nd chances or "dating the second time around" (like Theresa and I) is important too. The goal is to create a brand identity for the book that can be used on business cards, website, and related businesses. So, more than just a book cover, I'm looking for a logo...brand... something that represents the book and so much more. I’m looking to start a long term relationship with a creative designer who will design the cover of my new book. Following the book design, perhaps we can collaborate on business card design, website design, mobile application design and more. Here is some background about the authors and the book project! Antonio Borrello, PhD: Author Theresa Pavone, PhD: Author Antonio Borrello’ s academic and professional background is in the field of psychology and counseling with a focus on marriage and relationship therapy / coaching. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Borrello has become highly sought after as “The Therapist that could Save your Marriage”. However, three years ago, he was forced to reevaluate his life and professional practice after finding himself divorced and dating after 10 years of marriage. After recovering emotionally, Dr. Borrello became interested in using online dating websites and mobile dating application to meet similarly minded single women to go out with. Over the past 18 months, he communicated with hundreds of potential partners online, on dating applications, and through texting and has been on too many dates to count. He is also experienced psychologist, I have been an expert on the topic of love, attraction, relationships, and marriage. Having lived the experiences of online dating in the age of social media and the mobile web, he now his story to help others who are looking for lifelong love. Theresa Pavone, PhD. is an organizational psychologist and also my ex-wife. After our divorce, she experienced many of the same frustrations I faced when re-learning how to date when all of the rules have seemed to change. When I discussed my book intentions, she offered to help. So, we decided to partner up on this project.
