This is a well-crafted, high-level self-help book on maintaining control over one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so as to lead more emotionally healthy and intelligent lives. We're looking for utmost professionalism in terms of a design that seizes the attention of the passerby but retains a dignified, refined look.
We're attaching the table of contents, which includes the title, and the list of each subsequent chapter and chapter title, as well as one sample chapter. We're also including several other similar books we took inspiration from. These can be used as basic guides in terms of the genre our book will be a part of and the type of cover art that gets used.
