Roma Sharma is a certified coach and trainer who has been working in the field of emotional wellbeing for 6 years. She has a keen interest in understanding human behavior and connecting with people at a deeper level. After undergoing 3000+ hours of training and having worked with clients one-on-one as well in groups, she has authored training programs that address the specific needs of her clients in their personal or professional lives. She has had the opportunity to coach and train people from a variety of backgrounds - IT Industry, Educational Institutions, Counselling Academies, Hospitality Industry to name a few. When she is not training she loves to bake cakes, watch movies and play with cats. She also enjoys reading and dancing, both of which she finds therapeutic. This book is a guide to changing habits of thinking for success. If there is a person who is pursuing goals without much luck there are specific thinking patterns that can get him/her great results. It doesnt matter if the person wants to earn more money, start a business, achieve a fitness goal, or have better relationships--the underlying patterns to succeed are the same. This book contains: - How to define goals to increase the chances of success - A detailed look into how our internal thinking engine works and gets us to behave in specific ways - Logical levels of change which can resolve underlying issues if a person has made multiple unsuccessful attempts at a goal - Beliefs that help in being successful at achieving goals - How to beat procrastination and stay action-oriented and motivated

Requirements: 1) Cover needs to resemble my Book 1 in the series (Title: "What will people think?" The cover file is attached) 2) Please use the same fonts as in Book 1 (the font files are also attached) 3) Please use the same font size for all letters in the title, so the title is big and visible. Title needs to be easily readable in small thumbnail as well. 4) Clean background, preferably blue or white (plain or with gradient) 5) Illustration related to the topic (something that indicates success). This is optional. Focus on the text, minimalistic design I am attaching an image of the first book in my series. I would like this to look like the second book in the series. It has a yellow cover with the title: What will people think? Please refer to the book cover. The second book needs to resemble it so it appears like the next in series. Please maintain fonts for the title, subtitle and author name.

***Please do not reuse any design covers that have already been published by other authors. Avoid very similar ones too.**** 1) My first book (what will people think?) has some space left blank above the title. I would like to avoid space wastage as I would like the title to be readable in thumbnails. 2) I would like the author name to be visible. The author font needs a lift but not a dark, chalked out black outline (like in my current book- What will people think?) It can be toned down a little.
