Michael Haynes and Garreth Chandler are both Small Business (SME) owners. Michael is a Customer and Marketing Strategy consultant who specialises in helping B2B companies to acquire, retain and grow business customers. Garreth is the founder and Managing Director of 2 successful SME businesses that operate globally. Both Michael and Garreth are very interested in and passionate about helping our fellow tribe members (i.e. Start Ups and SME business owners) to build and grow successful businesses through understanding and responding to the needs of Business (B2B) customers which in our view represent an under utilised source of growth and opportunity.

We want the book cover to be effective both in eBook and Print formats. We are looking to convey boldness, trust, authenticity, action oriented. We would like the book cover to have a degree of innovativeness/creativity so that it stands out. Therefore use of some imagery that may appeal to Start Up/SME owners and help convey the notion of listening and responsiveness to business customers would be helpful

This book is to appeal to Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and managers of Start Ups and Small/Medium Businesses (SMEs). As many of these people will not be of academic backgrounds, the book cover must not come across as your typical MBA or Harvard Business Book
