Bina is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with 23 years' experience. She likes to think, and to help people be on their own side (for example, understanding their anger is trying to help them -- not fun, but analogous to pain). She's bilingual (Spanish); former professional musician (viola); former journalist; a good cook & gardener.
Descripción del libro
Shows people anger isn't "bad" (or "good"); it's INFORMATION, like pain. You're angry only when something's wrong for you. With lots of client stories, illustrates the ways anger communicates, and how to best honor its messages. (NOT acting in anger, of course.) Emphasizes improving your relationship with your anger, thereby taking better care of yourself. (Once you attend to whatever's wrong, the anger naturally subsides -- again, like pain.)
Público al que se apunta
Anyone troubled by anger (their own or someone else's). Therapists who need better ways to help angry clients. Teen through old age. International (universal).
I'm using a local do-it-for-you publishing company called Wheatmark. It's self-publishing, only they're doing all the coordination. Book will be on Amazon, distributed through Ingram or Baker, hard/paper print-on-demand and ebook. I'm not happy with what they offer for cover design.
Editorial del ebook
Amazon, Google, Nook, and whatever else is out there.

Necesidades de diseño
I need ideas -- I write; I don't design . . . . The book is intelligent, but accessible. About 70,000 words.
