Bryan Falchuk is the Managing Partner of Insurance Evolution Partners, which advises carriers and their partners on how to navigate an evolving industry facing disruption and change. Bryan spent 20 years in insurance, including serving as Head of Claims for Hiscox USA and leading Growth for the InsurTech, Hi Marley. He has also held leadership roles at carriers like Liberty Mutual and Beazley, and was a consultant in McKinsey & Company’s insurance practice. Bryan is a best-selling author and public speaker, including several TEDx Talks. His best-selling book, The Future of Insurance: From Disruption to Evolution, shares case studies of seven carriers who overcame the barriers to change we face in the industry to innovate in the face of disruptive threats.

A simple design, but one that will attract the eye better than the current cover art (can be seen at future-of-insurance.com). I am releasing the second volume this summer, and wanted to freshen the cover art for that. I would like something where the color could be played with across the two volumes (e.g. vol 1 is green with white writing/art, and vol 2 could be white with green writing/art) to imply a connection between the two. The logo (bulb w/ lock) needs to be used in the design, and I would like to keep with the color palette in the original release (Green #01a572 and Dark Green #006946). Font is currently Avenir, but I'm open to a change if necessary. I'd like to imply progress and forward movement, overcoming constraints or barriers to progress, and keep it somehow implying that it's about insurance (the lock in the logo may do this enough).

Please avoid photographs, and stick to line art or illustration. You cannot use umbrellas at all. The original release did, and I received a cease and desist order from a global insurer who trademarked the use of any umbrella in insurance.
