She received her divorce mediation training from the Center for Mediation & Training in NYC and her collaborative law training through the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals.

I don't have an exact picture in mind, but I would like to convey that mediation can be a better process than the usual litigated method. The mood and style should reflect that they can get what they want in a fair way without hurting each other and without spending all of their money and time. It is a more relaxed and helpful self-improving method.
