Dr. Deborah Snyder is president of St. Clair County Community College in Port Huron, Michigan and has been in higher education for more than thirty years.
John Duhring is the Director of Community Relations for Cogswell College in San Jose, California.

The authors promote a variety of hands-on, team-based experiences both on campus and online through which students become proficient, resilient and versatile, while they develop the communications, problem-solving and critical thinking skills that are in demand by 21st Century employers.
