P. G. Wodehouse wrote nearly 300 short stories and books. From that vast treasury of wit, Jeeves and Company selects some of the choicest gems, featuring four of the funniest characters ever created.
JEEVES the valet helps his employer, clueless aristocrat Bertie Wooster, escape from the clutches of overbearing fiancées, unwelcome visitors, and tyrannical aunts.
REGGIE PEPPER stumbles from one misadventure in love to the next.
Charming ne’er-do-well ARCHIE MOFFAM brings a healthy dose of chaos into the placid life of his rich father-in-law.
And THE OLDEST MEMBER dispenses advice about life, love and golf to anyone willing to listen—and to those who aren’t.
Let the thirteen stories collected here usher you into the delightful world of Wodehouse!

The book is divided into four sections, each featuring a single iconic character: Jeeves (the "star" of the collection), Reggie Pepper, Archie Moffam, and "the Oldest Member." The cover should include stylized portraits of these character types: Jeeves, the very correct servant who is far smarter than his employer; Reggie, a clueless and wealthy playboy; Archie Moffam, an upper-class twink-ish type who drives his wealthy father-in-law crazy; and "the Oldest Member," a fanatical golfer who loves to button-hole young men and talk their ear off with advice (which is actually very sound, so he has an underlying wisdom).
The main emotions that should be evoked by the cover are 1. humor (light, playful); 2. an Edwardian (1920s) feel.
