The story is about a disabled girl who witnesses a murder over a hacked webcam and has to evade the clutches of a corrupt local government until she can find out who the woman was, prove the murder and clear her name.
I've got a feel for blacks and blues in the color scheme but who knows, surprise me. Partial to designs that continue around the spine, however subtle, to the backside. Technology is an aspect but not the driving point. Mystery and danger are at the heart of this book. An every day girl, against powerful foes. Just trying to live long enough to solve the crime.
Teri, is an average build, dark haired girl in her mid 20s. The hair can be wavy or lightly curled. She is disabled but she does walk with the use of a cane that she keeps by her desk. The story takes place in Asheville, NC. A moderate sized mountain town. There are heavy influences of Lake Julian, her dark and lonely lifestyle in a downtown apartment and a constant sense of suspense. Little hints of these are things are fine or not needed at all. Up to you. Thanks!
