From a leading educator and careers coach on the book, "In two words, genius and revolutionary! Most genius thing about it, is it's simplicity to use, yet it's dense complexities that has the best understanding of the mind. It's designed to help people, businesses, solve community issues such as unemployment and empower the job seeker." The book is quite heavy in science based research content, that includes coordinating graphics and images (some very low res clip art), even though content is quite complex, it has been written for simplicity. The author is well-known in AU among academics, researchers, government officials and CEOs. This doesn't mean we want this to be a reference textbook. Gooroo is an innovative technology platform that has integrated Dr Benjamin's science and research to help unleash potential for individuals and organisations to succeed. Gooroo will be producing the book. Visit colourgrid.com to see the grid (16 coloured squares) which could be a great visual. Some of the examples that resonate are ones in the business or self help category that feel modern and scientific yet inviting. We do not want it to come across as boring textbook. We use an image of a brain in presentations, There are a few logos and ColourGrid that will be uploaded.
Branding font used on gooroo.io website is lato or avenir. Friendly and engaging while being seen as professional and credible. This will hopefully be first of many books in conjuciton with Dr Benjamin for Gooroo.
Lo que debe evitarse
The book is all about colours and the ColourGrid. It gives great opportunity to be creative with 16 colours. If stock imagery is required needs to be less than $50 and provides royalty free licensing.
