Davina Frederick is a Florida-licensed attorney, law firm growth strategist, and business coach for women law firm owners. Prior to starting her own law firm in 2007 and growing it successfully during the recession of 2008 and its aftermath, she enjoyed a 15-year career as a professional services marketer. In 2013, she founded D. Frederick Media and Marketing, LLC with the goal of helping professional service business owners implement their marketing strategies. However, she very quickly realized that most did not even have a strategy! It was then she began to work with her clients to develop strategic growth plans for their businesses and to coach them through the implementation of these plans, including how to market, hire, train, set up systems, lead, manage and operate their businesses. Since most of Davina’s clients were women law firm owners who wanted the inside-scoop on how Davina had successful created and operated her own law firm, it made sense to niche down and focus solely on these clients. Davina rebranded and created Wealthy Woman Lawyer®, LLC, to send a clear message to her prospective clients that she hears them and understands their needs and desires. Davina believes that every woman lawyer deserves to be a wealthy woman lawyer because we work too damn hard serving others not to be able to not only take care of our own needs, but to live up to our fullest potential.
