In different ways both of us have been plucky, risk-taking mavericks who never settled for the status quo. Kath got to the top of her game by being one of the first women MDs for an international recruitment firm and Kate set up the first women’s network for the UK arm of a global professional services firm whilst developing their public sector Diversity Practice from a standing start. In both instances, we worked in overtly male industries and left our mark. We individually came to the same conclusion around 2008 that we could make it on our own. Long before we developed our joint business, we created our own individual, successful brands as coaches and facilitators.

Most of our work is with Boards of companies so typically our clients are in their 30s, 40s and 50s and they are global based in UK, US and Australasia at present. They are busy people with hectic schedules who travel quite frequently.
