Over 27 years, Tess Canja and husband, Alex, created transformative summer camp experiences for thousands of young boys who drew upon those experiences to become successful husbands, fathers, businessmen and community leaders. Tess has also been a powerful advocate for older persons, first as the Executive Director of Michigan’s Area Agencies on Aging Association, then as Chair of the committee to create Florida’s Department of Elder Affairs, and finally as AARP’s national President. Along the way she met with Presidents, international leaders, and testified before Congress - all of which have given her a unique insight into the qualities that define success. It is her dream to create more happy and successful young men by sharing The Flying Eagle Formula.
