Its a guide that helps women to become the most self-confident and strong version of themselves by teaching them methods to strengthen their personal relilience. Instrucions for thought experiments support overstrained women to change their behavioral patterns and be able to sovereignly deal with every day pressure and problems.

- 100 % female - 25 – 40 years old - Very important: The target group is from Germany. That means that the cover should not have an American style. In Germany people have a slightly different taste (but you can see that in the samples) - Common problems of the target group: overwhelming stress and pressure caused by high expectation at work, raising children plus household and a huge amount of responsibilities in total. The women are worried, because they are feeling their energy draining and don’t know how to manage all of their tasks without burning out. - Wishes of the target group (why they should buy the book): The targeted women want to feel proud of their achievements and therefore set their goals high. They wish to be confident and strong during stressful and challenging times, so that they do not feel overwhelmed when problems and crisis occur. Instead these women wish to be in power of their lives, gain authority and become more dominant characters.

Hello, I hope you're well! Nice that you want to participate in this design contest and want to design a great book cover for women, who feel overburdened and tense in their everyday lives. ▶️ Who are we? We are an aspiring and special book publisher for non-fiction and guidebooks from Germany. Our mission is to reach out a hand of support to people through books and help them make a positive change in their lives! For the books we publish it is our goal: Good is not enough! This is why we came here for the Book cover. :-) To give you an exact idea of what the cover needs for the project, please read the briefing carefully. Because some information is easy to implement, but will increase your chances of winning. FIRST: Basically, we are open to all kinds of ideas that are within the given selection requirements. Here are a few more basic conditions, They may be self-evident, but they are also so important! - Target group should feel addressed at first sight (right emotions, style and feeling) - the cover should pick up the purchase motives (see wishes of the target group) - The cover should make the viewer curious - The main title should be well readable even in the small view on Amazon - The cover should catch the eye on Amazon - We can imagine a cover with photo or a cover with graphics/illustration About the design: - Please include the target group description and emotions of the title in the design. It must unconsciously "click" with the viewer. - Think out of the box! We want a cover that appeals to as many people as possible, but is something new and therefore attracts attention. [IMPORTANT] First of all, the section "Resilienz-Heldin" of the title should catch your eye. please highlight this part (especially about the bigger size etc.). if it fits into your design concept, split "Resilienz" and "Heldin" into two lines. The first „Resilienz“ should be much much smaller. The cover should evoke the feeling of hopefulness, be encouraging and transport the impression of finding a life in freedom, power and at ease, as the book helps women to feel in control of themselves and have an impact on their feelings and thoughts. It should implement, that growth is possible, and that the reader will achieve their goal of becoming stronger and more self-confident. The target group is supposed to see a heroic future version of themselves through the book and with that the cover. Means superpowers can be associated with it, but nevertheless showing a “perfect” woman or fictional heroine should be avoided. The style must fit with a realistic, non-fiction guidebook. You will find a few more samples for possible styles in the attachment. ▶️ How do we select the participants for the next round and the winner? This is very simple! About 50 people from the target group vote. The cover with the most votes wins.

What to avoid: - As dominant color (for example as backround): black - No minimalist, extremely clean design - Not clichéd, Not kitschy - no very pastel colors -> the cover should be eye-catching on Amazon - Please do not upload mockups of your design. Only with a "normal" file I will have an unaltered impression of how it will look like at the end (on Amazon and printed).
