On the front of the book cover is a ghostly pale stopclock that gives the impression of glowing. It is an old fashioned style stopclock with hands pointing to the twelve roman numerals. It is four o'clock on the cover. The rest of the book cover is pitch black except for the book title and the author name. Dreamclock World is written near the top of the cover above the clock, while J. Neira is written in smaller letters below the clock near the bottom. The back of the book is pitch black except for the description, which is written in white letters. The description reads:
"'Wonder and Enchantment awaits all those who sleep with the Dreamclock.'
Such are the words written on the back of the mysterious clock discovered by curious Gothic girl Raven at the mall. Sure enough, that night she is whisked away to the Dreamclock World: A place where Chinese dragons are real. people are made of wax, and a giant clock hangs in the sky; blotting out the sun's light. At first it seems like a wonderland where nothing can go wrong. But not everything is as it appears. Soon Raven finds herself being stalked in the waking world by strangers determined to have the clock. And a hidden danger lurks in the shadows. Raven's fate and the fate of an entire world now rests solely in her hands. Dreams and nightmares await..."
The binding of the book has Dreamclock World written in ghostly letters amidst a black background.
