This book is under 100 pages and is in 3 parts. 1) My daughters story of her anxiety from age 13-17 and us parents not getting to the root cause 2) Ways to manage with food/supplements/diet. Foods to avoid if you have anxiety & depression. Foods to help etc. Environmental triggers, chemicals etc. 3) My personal story - getting to the root cause of the problem that changed our entire family's life forever. What led up to all my daughters issues that could of been avoided. It was my mindset and how I was raised. Our entire family was loaded up on pills for no reason. It's an epidemic. I'd like to shift mindset to the small changes people can make over time. I'm sick of people band-aiding/masking their problems with pills. Something has to change.
