Often the first generation successful person (first in college, first in business etc) Age: 30-50 Education: intentional learners, but may not have MBA Goal: to improve the world, high level of ethics

Needs to be useful in the business world and clearly be a non-fiction work. 6x9 cover using the template below (CMYK 300 cpi with 1/8" bleed). Need PSD files in layers as well as all fonts used. Make sure all images and fonts are available.
