Chris Watters is best known for building an independent brokerage utilizing the team-centric model in Austin, Texas. Home to a highly competitive market, some of the largest national real estate chains AND -- in the middle of the Great Recession. His vision and entrepreneurial spirit led him from sleeping on his girlfriend's couch in 2010 to become the first team owner to EARN $1M in net income, after expenses, within three short years. Fueled by an unquenchable thirst to improve the success rate of real estate agents with proven training and consumer facing programs, Watters has built his business on helping others to push past their self-imposed limitations and adding massive value to the consumer experience. He is a graduate of Texas State University and an avid reader. He resides in his hometown of Austin, with his beautiful wife and best friend Amanda, along with their daughter Eva and two rambunctious dogs, Bentley & Ollie.
Bradley Pounds joined Watters International Realty in early 2011, where he rose through the ranks as a Buyer Specialist, then Buyer Agent Team Leader and became eventually the company's first President & COO. He describes himself as the Mr. Spock to Watters' Captain Kirk. Pounds is a graduate of the University of Texas and lives in Austin, where he and husband Shannon are expecting their first child.
