Who Am I?
Hi, my name is Carlo DeFilippis, and I struggled with my weight for most of my life.
I vividly remember sneaking down to the kitchen late at night and stuffing my mouth with junk food
only to feel horribly guilty a few minutes later. Worse still, my family is Italian,
so pasta and pizza were always on the menu.
I tried it all—regular weightlifting at the gym, fad diets, counting calories, starvation—you name it, I’ve seen it. I wasn’t able to drop the pounds for good until I discovered the keto diet.
The keto diet helped me drop 55lbs. and 5 inches off my waist. I went from 240lbs. all the way down to 185lbs., and I truly feel amazing.
I know it's possible to lose 40, 50, 60, or even 100lbs. of weight because I've done it,
and now I'm going to show you how to do it too.
