Mark McGregor is a Canadian living in Switzerland. With roots in the world of professional hockey, he has taken his philosophy of high-performance athletic teams and applied it to the world of high-performance executives, bring out the best in thousands of participants of his training and coachings. Lynda Dobbin-Turner is a life coach, writer, and singer-songwriter who has worked with Mark for over 10 years as a coach and co-trainer. As a parent, and advocate for people with disabilities she brings the creative, compassionate side of leadership front and center.

Leadership and self-development book, which is a sequel to 'Being on Mission' released in 2015. Follows the story of Micheal Webber, an exectutive as he finds balance, meaning and purpose in his life. Ebedded in the story is the story of his own family, including raising a child with cerebral palsy.

As so much of the storyline is time spent near Lake of the Woods, Ontario and various water destinations around the globe, envisioning seaside colours of blues/turquoise/greens/beige. Book is about personal growth, development, finding purpose and passion in life. We want the red and white lighthouse that was central to the first book to be in the background, but this book focuses more on the theme of 'inner compass' with a 16 point compass that we'd like to see. Have a graphic that can be shared. Also, the story line includes a family of 5, with one child in a wheelchair. See that as part of the cover, spending time waterside somehow. I have a picture from a family trip to Florida that might work as an example. I am attaching some pictures from a family vacation that might be used as a guide. The story line includes a Mother, Father, a boy around 9 and 5-year-old twins a girl and boy, one in a wheelchair (Boy). I am also including a picture of the cover of the first book, in hopes that the lighthouse can be replicated, but as I said, have it further back in the distance as it's still part of the story line, but not as central as it as in book 1.
