"Money Quotient" is a book by author Raymond Gabriel that teaches parents, educators or anyone who is in a position to impart financial training to children, the knowledge, skill and methods to train children, even at a very young age, in financial concepts and competencies. As the financial knowledge and understanding packed into "Money Quotient" are quite advanced, there is a lot even for adult readers to glean from.
This contest will be for the book cover design of "Money Quotient". The sub-title tag line is "Building Financial Intelligence in Your Children".
The title of the book is a word-play off the phrase "Intelligence Quotient (IQ)", the standard human intelligence score. As such we are looking for a design that graphically highlights this in a clever manner. There has to be some thought and a concept behind the cover design.
Some key concepts of the cover design could include imagery that depicts the mind as the money making/producing/printing faculty of a person. We also want make it clear that financial intelligence is something children can learn at an early age.
Please feel free to use any stock imagery or imagery you own the rights to.
The size of the cover should be 8" x 10"
Designers are encouraged to come up with creative ways of graphically communicating this message.
