Seth Freeman is a professor of Negotiation & Conflict Mangement at NYU's Stern School of Business and Columbia University, where he has taught thousands of students to negotiate. He also teaches around the world and, through his training and consulting firm, trains and advises Fortune 500 companies, UN diplomats, and senior attorneys. His op-eds and interviews have appeared in the New York Times and USA Today. He is a former corporate lawyer who has worked on aircraft financings, corporate restructings, and other transactions worth tens of millions of dollars. He has a degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and an economics degree from Cornell University.
