She dedicated herself to the task, growing ever fitter and more toned. To keep up, Timm had to act. He wanted to improve his appearance, boost his self-esteem, and enjoy a healthier life.
His personal journey and road to health has led to Ten FAT Rules: Losing Weight to Look Better, Feel Better and Live Longer.
Timm graduated from the University of Iowa with a Business Degree, and Trinity International University with a Masters of Divinity. Working in real estate, Timm rose to a position of President/CEO of CLEAR Property Management before focusing on writing. Timm writes in a straight forward style, desiring to communicate in a way everyone can understand, appreciate, and follow.
Descripción del libro
Fat is slowly KILLING us. These are ten (simple, but not always easy) rules - like ten commandments necessary for a healthy lifestyle. They are NOT extreme in any way – they are more ‘common sense’ that we lacked, then found. The purpose of this book is to outline what “rules” are necessary to lose weight, to keep it off, and to live a healthy lifestyle. Ten FAT Rules is thinking about food differently and life differently. We understand that many readers have tried all the fad diets and exercise programs, some with success, some without. We promise every reader who follows these ten rules will lose weight, look better, feel better and live longer.

It's very important the book "pop off the shelf", and catch the eye. I'm open to image or illustration suggestions. Most important is that the cover sells the book, not just look pretty. It should be polished, engaging, and interesting. I like a bold color palette and cover that lets the reader know right away that the book is about. Nothing too busy, simple color scheme using 3 colors. I will provide the photo for the back of the jacket. Book cover thumbnail in 90 pixels needed. 3D image, 3D image with CD image next to the book image, and generic formatting all required.
