Adam Fedorciow has trained athletes from a multitude of sports and with substantial success in Rugby, Cricket and Football in a relatively short time period.
In the last 6 years, he has been apart of the development of 2 current England international Rugby Union players, 3 current England International Rugby 7's players, 30+ players signed to Professional Rugby, Cricket and Football clubs.
He doesn't specialise in those sports in particular, but specialises in preparing the mind and body for the needs of any event or situation. He has helped a number of people prepare for Triathlons, Marathons and IronMans.
His greatest achievement, in his eyes, aren't all the international players he's produced but the taking "Joe Bloggs" and getting them doing what they want to do...and do really well at it.
He helped one of his clients lose 5 stone in weight and prepared her for an ultra-marathon run in Wales, without her even doing a half or full marathon before!
It doesn't matter what you do. It's all about understanding basic principles, the needs/requirements of the event and then making the mind and body robust enough to do what you want to do.
Take from this what you will for the ebook.
