Piper Rayne, Author
New Adult Romance author - romance readers - women 21-60
The title of the book is 'The Bartender'. The author name is Piper Rayne. This is a New Adult sexy romantic comedy romance. We're a co-writing duo and we're thinking something clean, simple, fun and sexy. We'd like JUST a man (or his abs) on the cover and not a couple (since the title of the book references the male lead). We're not married to that idea, but do want ONLY a male on the cover. The cover should be light and bright since it is a very humorous book. Think Max Monroe, Lauren Blakely, Christina Lauren, Jana Aston, etc. That said, we're open to ideas and trust your creativity. We need an ebook cover and a full wrap for paperback. It needs elements that can be easily changed (color, picture, etc) for each book to show continuity in the series. The vibe we're looking for is sexy and fun/funny. We'd like our author name to be a good size so it can be seen in a thumbnail since hopefully the name not the title of the book will have people clicking. If you have questions please ask.
We have a series logo that we'd like included on the front cover that has been attached.
Tagline for the front cover is as follows:
Who knew sleeping with the enemy could be this much fun?
Blurb For the back cover is as follows:
Was the one night stand a good idea?
Well, no. Probably not in retrospect.
In my defense I had just moved back into my grandparent’s house, I’d lost my dream job, and a guy on Tinder had stood me up. It was like life had suddenly stamped ‘LOSER’ on my forehead.
So when the guy behind the bar started giving me THE look…you know, the one that promised I’d be screaming his name into the wee hours of the morning? When that guy also has the perfect amount of scruff on his chiseled chin, biceps bulging out of his t-shirt, and a cocky grin you knew he’d earned in the sack…when he gives you that look, you don’t bother to figure out what your six degrees of separation are. You jump on that horse and ride it! Pun fully and completely intended.
And accurate by the way.
I fully admit to feeling sorry for myself and acting impulsively.
Because by the time I’d figured out WHO the bartender was and that he was the epitome of everything I despised, I was already falling for him.
Winning designer will be used for all SIX covers in the series. So you're essentially competing for six campaigns. The hero in the book is also starting his own whiskey company so I've attached the logo here. Feel free to use it on the back cover, or don't. Doesn't matter. :)
