The book was first released in Finland in Finnish 2017. Now we are launching the book for the first time in English.
The book cover we had in Finland was not a success, as there were food photos, and as there are no recipes, it gave the wrong first impression.
The book will be done again in Finnish, with the new cover. Also, the content is updated together with the design. So I hope to get the document in such form that we can edit the title names accordingly for the Finnish book cover.
I am looking for something simple yet effective. Something that describes the content of the book the best. It's all about nutrition knowhow, science facts, about balance, user stories, joy and being kind to yourself. Taking one day at the time. There are NO recipes. It more like a health book with worksheets and notes pages and screenshots of the app. We do have some food photos as examples of balanced meals, real photos. We do not use illustrated food photos.
8o % balance - 20 % unbalance.
It is a healthy eating habit change book (based on nutrition science) - workbook or I'd even say a self-help book for healthy eating. The book does NOT have any recipes. There are user stories. There are some example photos of meals. And screenshots of the app. There are 10 forms and notes pages for the reader to make notes and to build their plan.
The readers of the book can also use our app See How You Eat food diary. In the book, we also have some screenshots of the app - how to use it and how it helps to implement the content of the book into daily action in real life. With the eating rhythm and food choices.
If it helps know that our company vision is:

Our vision is a world without dieting. http://www.seehowyoueat.com
