Scott Parker has over 15 years of sales and sales leadership experience. Most recently he has been leading the charge as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the largest full-service real estate companies in Illinois. Scott received his BS in Marketing with an emphasis in Professional Sales from Northern Illinois University. While cutting his teeth as a sales consultant, he was rookie of the year and a company top producer. An avid reader and podcast junkie, Scott is constantly pursuing new ways to become a sales and leadership thought leader. When he is out of the office Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, is a big Chicago sports fan, and loves to golf and mountain bike.
John Hudson has over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience. In his current role as Director of Sales for a national homebuilder, he currently leads a large team of sales managers, sales consultants, and administrative staff. John received his BA in Psychology, where he was drawn to art and science of consumer decision making and behavioral economics. John started his sales career with a variety of B2B sales roles and later moved into new home sales. John is a highly decorated sales performer, winning awards such as rookie of the year, sales consultant of the year, sales team of the year, and most influential sales consultant. John’s greatest strengths lie in learning and teaching. And, he currently has a personal mission of helping others move from good to great, primarily in the sales space. When he is not reading, working, or coaching John enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, and strategy board gaming.
