Organizations of all shapes and sizes around the world have a strategic plan. The plan was created over days and weeks and often with many people involved. The are many books and consultants out there talking about the creation of the strategic plan.
The trouble is that most are not executed very well, if at all.

Our book is all about the execution phase of strategic plans – making it happen.
The KEY element to our ‘story’ is culture. We often hear about organizational culture – how an organization works, lives and breathes. We are suggesting that a strategic plan can be executed successfully if we build a special culture around it – maybe a sub-culture within the organization.
Our key elements to this culture are:

We want our book cover to clearly say that this is about Strategy Execution and at the same time suggest that the solution is Culture. The word Culture needs to be clear – but not part of the title
