I, and my teams have sold and marketed over $1,000,000,000 worth of products. This is my first book. I have a BA & MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I live outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My bio on the book will be: Andy Olen, MBA, has nearly 20 years of sales, marketing, general management, and entrepreneurial leadership experience with Fortune 500 healthcare companies and startup technology firms. This is not the look and feel for this project. This is too abstract.
I like the red background and simplicity of the graphic that denotes strength. Salespeople are not deeply analytical. Therefore, being straight to the point, direct, competitive, sharp and simple to consume is important.
Very clear and very direct. Blue looks good in this application.
This is solid. I like the madmen retro feel. The Trilogy of Yes calls on going back to basic relationship skills. In the digital era there is something retro in the book that is to be appreciated. Would like a more gender neutral representation of the salesperson. This is too male centric.
Wouldn't want a sports theme. I want to reach both genders and a wide age range. I like the visuals of this and again the red background makes it pop.
Good graphic. If there is a way for the cover to tell the story. Having fun with the symbols around trilogies. Clean white background can work for this project as well.

I want a clean, bold, sharp look. I would like a creative perspective on how to form a symbol that would serve as the Trilogy. Use of the words connection, communciation and cooperation somehow lead to or engender a cusotmer to say yes. The cover of the book graphics will be used on the website and social media, so it needs to be transferrable to multiple social and digital mediums. The book will be 5.5" w by 8.5" tall. I will submit the file specs here. Red is a good power color for the book and blue is also a color palet I like for business books. I am also open to a clean white look with striking graphics and lettering. I will leave the creative up to the designers. Ultimately, I want the title to catch the reader's eye and have the three components of the Trilogy present so the potential buyer knows exactly what they are buying. The price will be U.S. $14.95. I would like to see the price clearly printed on the back, near the barcode on the lower right with room to add a Canadian price later on.
Lo que debe evitarse
Salespeople are elegantly simple beings. Avoid abstract, and overly abstract graphics. Don't force the reader/buyer to have to guess what this is about.
